Gotcha Sriracha Chicken

What you’ll need:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 cup of Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 2 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbs Onion Powder
  • 1 Whole Lime – squeezed

Marinate for 30 minutes

Get EGG to 300˚
Place on EGG, Platesetter in, Feet Up.

Put chicken on bottom side down.
Grill 10-15mins. Just enough to barely get some marks.

Put a little Olive Oil on the bottom of the foil w/ edges curled up.
Place chicken upside down on foil. Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken.
Cook 15-20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165˚ on each piece of chicken.

Cube it & dip in ranch.
Perfect for a Football Time snack!!!!
